• Spearhead debt collection from third parties and ex-staff.

• Preparation, drafting and negotiation of a broad range of contracts, leases, formal agreements and other legal instruments between the Client and other parties are done in the organization's interest.

• Monitor developments in legal research, participate in outreach programs to strengthen corporate governance and improve the quality of service delivery by staying abreast of legal developments affecting the company, its clients, and incorporate it into company's practices.

• Draft legal documents, interpret court/arbitral rulings, and monitor implementation of laws, including government policies and regulations.

• Advise and where appropriate participate in organizational performance review, business process improvements aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

• Advice on and where necessary participate in the recruitment and selection of staff in order to ensure that the candidates selected have the required job competencies and are provided with orientation and induction programme necessary for effective job performance.

• Advice and Assess staff performance, identify training needs, as well as design and implement training programs to equip staff with appropriate job competencies in order to improve service delivery.

• Review complex, sensitive and high risk legal matters in order to determine which cases pose the greatest threat to the security of the company.

• Provide legal advice and assist clients in developing and implementing strategies for creating a high performing organizational culture based on transparency, integrity, accountability, performance measurement and results to ensure that the program activities are undertaken.

• Advice our client's management teams on how to represent company's interests and liaise directly with clients and negotiating teams.

• Developing internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge on various legal and business issues.

• To support, promote and implement initiatives as part of the legal and operations team.
