Stanely Kerandi Manduku

Stanley Manduku, CFE is a corporate generalist attorney who has substantial legal experience, knowledge and understanding of theories, concepts and approaches relevant to the administration of the information technology sector in Kenya. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honours) degree from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with over sixteen (16) years post admission experience. He is also a Certified Public Secretary, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. Other than his basic training in law, he also possesses extensive training in the field of anti-corruption, ethics, integrity and the governance of the information technology sector. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner having been so admitted by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA.

Mr. Manduku has served in various capacities including being a Company Secretary and Head of Legal at the Kenya Pipeline Company Limited, an Attorney cum Investigator with the defunct Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission and Legal Officer, Daima Bank Ltd. He also served as a researcher with Commission of Inquiry into the Land Law Systems of Kenya and has practised law with a number of the firms including his own practice Kerandi Manduku & Co. Advocates.

Mr. Manduku has also served as a member of the Task Force that was appointed to draft the Critical Infrastructure Policy, 2016 and the Critical Infrastructure Bill 2016.  He also served as the secretary of the Technical Committee of the Taskforce that is drafting the National Energy& Petroleum Policy 2016, the Energy Bill, 2016, the Petroleum (Exploration, Production and Development) Bill, 2016 and the Model Production Sharing Contract which are aligned with the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
